Focus on poker

For the past 1.5 month we have been on the party only grind, things have been tough. Lots of turbo's, which is a lot of fun to play but not always too viable for the stream. High likelihood ending up one tabling a slow tournament that pops up here and there. But we have to have faith in that things better for us. In all honesty, if you don't play on partypoker yet... you are missing a lot of value. Just as a streamer.. it is tough currently.

Because schedule currently doesn't really favor us and we haven't been doing too great on the felt.. we had to mix in a lot of Fortnite sessions because of it. Been enjoying the competitive scene so much though! But I am also aware this is most likely not going to be my gateway to long term happiness. I enjoy it, time flies.. but it doesn't really give fulfillment. On the other hand, I do think we have to continue to play offense. Not getting held back because we are afraid of losing what we currently have. New things will come, when you work hard. Maybe not at first, maybe you give in at first.. but if you are enjoying it.. if you are happy. You win! That other job seems more fun but it pays less? Fuck the money, try it out!

Don't worry though, that is not what I am going to do. Not going to throw the towel when it comes to poker. The opposite. I am extremely motivated to dig deep here, to pick up the shovel and go! Main thing I have currently taken out of the questionnaire is that you want to see more strategy. Great, let's learn together! More study posts, means me studying more, means us learning more together. I just looked into OneNote, basically a tool to.. like the name suggests create notes. So all my notes will be stored together and be more structured. This will make it easier for me to go back over my notes, when I am not sure about a certain spot for example. Let's work on that confidence, on that self-esteem. Let's be fulfilled and know what we are capable of. See you on the felt! #FocusOnPoker
