Launch of DiggingWinning Gaming
The past few weeks I have been having an absolute blast with playing games with the DiggingWinning Community. Playing Fall Guys till deep in the night and recently we have also been playing lots of Among Us till early mornings. It reminded me of some plans I had 3 years ago, on which I didn’t execute because I felt like I wasn’t ready yet. Now having way more experience than back then, having a way better infrastructure in place as well, I felt like I was ready.
I knew from my plans in 2017 that there were some bottlenecks, but I thought I may had found a solution to it. I started to have some conversations with people and after thinking it through again, I came to the conclusion that it wasn’t a great plan. But I was so excited about it, it felt like such a good idea that I couldn’t give up on it and I had to find a solution. And I did.
Games Connect People
All I had to do was strip it down to the core, the engine of the whole idea. As you may know by now, my goal which got inspired by the book 7 Habits from Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey (great book btw, can recommend it!), is to connect with like minded people and together do cool things and achieve greater results together than we could individually. Sports connects a lot of people, but so does gaming! The beautiful thing of gaming is that you can do it remotely with people from all around the world. With the pandemic going on, I felt like that is something that people really want and need. I think it is one of the reasons Fall Guys and especially Among Us has become so popular, it brings people together, just like board games used to do.
So what is the idea?
My goal is to make DiggingWinning a well-known brand, a brand people are proud to represent, a brand people love to be part of. A brand that connects. A brand that stands for having fun, doing what you are passionate about, live the life you want and helping people to do the same.
Streaming can be lonely, even when you are in a team. You have to actually do things together, organize things and help each other win to make it a success. Having a scarcity mindset is not the way to do it, there is so much abundance that it doesn’t come at your expense. The whole streaming and gaming space is still in it’s infancy! That’s why I am launching a gaming branch of DiggingWinning: DiggingWinning Gaming, to create a community of passionate people, who have love for games!
DiggingWinning will be organizing gaming events, to bring streamers and other well known people together as well as YOU. The community is important for DW and that’s why we believe you should also have the chance to play with your favorite streamers and people, to share the fun together! DiggingWinning will be creating a lot of content to promote these events, as well as the participants, and to grow the DiggingWinning Gaming brand.
The First DW Event

The first event will take place this Friday evening, time to be decided. But it will be an Among Us event, which will be guaranteed a lot of fun.
