How To Bring Value Properly

I was always focusing on bringing as much value as I could. But what I didn’t always keep in mind is that what you find valuable may not be perceived as valuable by the other person.

No matter how hard you try, no matter how good, professional and dedicated you do it.. it won’t change the outcome because you give something that the other person doesn’t value.

It can drive you nuts. Because how can they not value it?! That is the thing, it is not up to you to decide what is good and valuable, but it's up to the other person.

Stop giving what you want to give and start thinking about what the other person may like to receive.
