I like the idea of giving my team more responsibility and letting them be each others judges.
This comes with 4 benefits:
They will hold each other accountable.
It pushes them to do even better.
It can strengthen the relationship.
It also makes them explain and teach.
Explaining and teaching is the best form to learn and it has the highest retention rates.
