3 Ways How Helping People Can Help You
I am mainly working on my own thing with my team currently. But if I want to help more people, I should start to look outside of my own bubble. I could be proactive and start offering help.
It aligns well with my goals, it's fun, increases learning and as a bonus it could lead to more projects. Life is a people's game. As the book titles "Your Network Is Your Net Worth".
Helping people is never a bad thing as long as you have a good intentions. Don't do it just to get something back, that is not helping but that is manipulating. As Gary Vee says: jab, jab, jab, right hook. And the right hook is an ask!
